Acting as full event producer we interfaced with sponsors, arenas and the client to produce a robust and incredibly successful tour, year over year. We were responsible for market selection, sponsor acquisition, arena negotiation, arena build and tear down, production staffing, security coordination, general event ticketing, on-site box office management, event promotions and street team procurement, collateral design and print, radio advertisement, social media management, local commercial buy, in-market press appearances, video production, NBA player guest coach acquisition and negotiation, and in market travel and overall tour schedule management. HOW WE MADE IT BRILLIANT The brand was built on live events through national and international tours. We employed the world’s most popular streetball players to generate content on the brand’s behalf profiling their affiliation with the team and tour. The Launchpad Group secured a number of sponsors on behalf of Ball Up Partners included AquaHydrate, the U.S. Marines, SimpleMobile and more, and secured NBA stars such as James Harden, Joakim Noah, Dennis Rodman, Kyle Lowry, Eric Bledsoe, Nick Young, Derek Fisher, and more. THE RESULT 48M print impressions, 100M coupons delivered, 350K sweepstakes entries, and 571 blogger impressions. In addition, the campaign produced 304K unique impressions & follower participation, 27.2K new Facebook fans in 90 days with a 6% engagement rate (2x the average), 73% opt-in rate for Werther’s future communication (10% was the benchmark), 29M digital media impressions, and 0.44% CTR. .
